At Rubber Mulch, we stand behind the quality and durability of our recycled rubber surfacing products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused, bagged product within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific quantity of mulch you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare for Pickup
Ensure all rubber mulch is securely stacked on the original pallets and shrink-wrapped to prevent shifting during transit; loose material cannot be accepted.
Schedule Freight Transport
Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate a freight carrier to pick up the pallets from your location, as specialized shipping is required for bulk weight.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to verify they are in resalable condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus applicable shipping fees.
