How long does rubber mulch last compared to wood mulch?
Unlike traditional wood mulch that decomposes, our rubber mulch is designed to last for over 20 years. It does not wash away, blow away, or lose its structural integrity over time.
Is your rubber mulch safe for children and pets?
Yes, our rubber mulch is non-toxic, lead-free, and IPEMA certified for playground safety. It provides superior shock absorption to protect against falls and is resistant to mold and fungus.
Will the color fade over time?
We use high-quality, UV-resistant coatings. Our products come with a 12-year color warranty to ensure your landscaping stays vibrant and professional-looking for a decade or more.
How is the product shipped and delivered?
Most orders are shipped via LTL freight on pallets. The mulch is typically packaged in 2,000 lb super sacks or individual 40 lb bags, delivered curbside with a lift-gate service.
Does rubber mulch attract bugs or pests?
No. Unlike wood chips, rubber mulch does not provide a food source or nesting environment for termites, ants, or other wood-destroying insects, helping protect your home's foundation.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, full pallets within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply.
